Questions before you buy
Does it work on my Mac?
On a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4 or later) running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. It does not run on Intel Macs. To check yours: Apple menu › About This Mac, where "Chip" names an Apple chip; an Intel Mac says "Processor" instead.
Can I try CoIsland first?
Buy it, and if it is not for you, get your money back: for 30 days after your purchase, for any reason. Enter your key on the refund page, confirm from the email we send, and the whole payment comes back. The key then stops working on every Mac. It applies to a first purchase, once per email address.
What happens when the year of updates ends?
CoIsland keeps working, for good, on the last version released before that day. Updates released later need another year, for $19.99, on the renew page.
How do I move my license to a new Mac?
Open Settings › Licence on the old Mac and click Deactivate This Mac. That frees its place, and the key activates the new one. A key covers 2 Macs at a time.
What will I see on my card statement?
LINK.COM*. The sale goes through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record: Link collects the tax and emails the receipt.
Do I need an account?
No. The key is the license. Keep the email it came in: activating a Mac needs only the key.
I lost my key. What now?
Search your email for licences@coisland.app. If it is not there, write to hello@coisland.app from the address you paid with.
