For Lifetime, within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. We email a confirmation link to the address you paid with. Once refunded, the key stops working on every Mac, and so does every other key bought in the same purchase.

Your payment is on its way back; it usually shows in 5 to 10 days. Every key of that purchase no longer works.

Who can get a refund?
Anyone who bought Lifetime in the last 30 days, for any reason, once per email address.
Why a confirmation email?
So only the person who paid can refund: the key alone is not enough. The link goes to the address you paid with and works for one hour.
What happens to my key?
It stops working on every Mac it is activated on, and CoIsland Community runs 2 of your monitors again, the ones you created first. Your monitors, alerts and connectors stay on your Mac. Keys bought together in a pack are refunded together: every one of them stops working.
When does the money arrive?
Stripe sends the whole payment back to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows in 5 to 10 days.
The email did not arrive. What now?
Check your spam folder for an email from licences@coisland.app. None comes when the purchase is past 30 days, not for Lifetime, or already refunded. Questions go to hello@coisland.app, from the address you paid with.
